Main Event:
Mosey to the pond for a Ricky Bobby.

Mosey to the playground where each PAX called out an exercise for the group to do while that PAX did AMRAP Pull-ups

Mosey to the picnic shelter for Step-ups, WWIIs, Dips

Letting go of judgement – As we go through our day-to-day lives, we instinctively assign meaning to certain situations based on past experiences and future expectations. If it's raining when we're out here trying to work out, for example, we may judge the situation as negative, causing us to feel worse. Try to let go of that judgment and simply observe events as they occur, releasing your attachment to specific outcomes. Allow each day to be a blank canvas, and see what unfolds.
