Typical friendly mumblechatter and Slack shenanigans preceded today's workout. Some of the men reminded YHC that he sold his boat and 'replaced' it with an RV. My tears ran deep last night as I zeroed in on a workout concept.
Warm-Up: Usual stuff, but made all the better as I regaled the men with a salty story of the massive, huge, angry, beastly hammerhead that I caught this weekend.
Main Event -Modified B.O.M.B.S. with Bricks
-Bus Drivers – hold brick in each hand and rotate back and forth as if you're driving a bus (In Cadence)
-Overhead / Seal Clap Combo (In Cadence)
-Merkins, with hands on bricks (Single Count)
-Bear Crawl – In Cadence BC with bricks in hand (IC)
-Sit-Ups – hold arms straight out with brick in each hand and do a sit-up (SC)
5 rounds, with a recovery lap around the parking lot after each round:
Round 1 – 5 reps
Round 2 – 10 reps
Round 3 – 15 reps
Round 4 – 10 reps
Round 5 – 5 reps
