Perfect weather during Iron PAX season meant YHC wanted to keep the high-level conditioning of IPX while also mixing in some pulling action.
Nickelback and his bike joing us was a nice surprise. Broken pinky and all, our resident Ultramarathoner modified as necessary. Nubbin may have gotten kicked out
of his house so hard, he had to stay in it while his family went to Costa Rica. Happy Birthday, Melissa! Great work, fellas!
