2. Mosey to Pull-up Bars – RoF dips while partners complete 10 pull-ups.
3. Mosey to Pavillion of Pain – RoF step-ups while partners complete 10 diamond merkins.
4. Mosey to Pavillion of Pain – RoF step-ups while partners complete 10 diamond merkins.
5. Mosey to Pull-up Bars – RoF dips while partners complete 10 pull-ups.
