We congregated in our usual parking area and promptly set off on our ruck, heading in the opposite direction as usual; we weren't floating the main stream today!
After a 5 minute warm up walk, we stopped for some light leg focused stretching.
Then, we continued on our way, stopping three times to conduct a various exercises. The quantities were determined by some good old fashioned trivia. For example, I asked the PAX how many campuses there were for Central Carolina Community College. When the answer they provided was 4, we did 20 squats (we would have done 10 squats if they would have said 3 as that was the right answer).
Our ruck took us right up to time, so we ended with some annoucments and then a COT.
