1. Mosey to pavillion.
2. Break into 4 groups
3. Group #1: Merkins
4. Group #2: High plank hold
5. Group #3: Stepups
6. Group #4: Spring to top of hill, 5 burpees, sprint back
7. Rotate through all 4 stations.
8. Repeato, total of 3
9. Five rounds. each round repeat previous and add 1 exercise
1. round 1: 10 Burpees
2. round 2: +20 merkins
3. round 3: +50 Alt lunges
4. round 4: +100 Johnny Dramas
5. round 5: +150 Air squats (we also added 5 penalty Burpees for lateness)
