It's the 7-year anniversary of The Thicket, the first AO in Briar Chapel, and the 1- year anniversary of Dueling Banjos and Brotox taking over as site co-Qs . In an effort to mix up when site co-Qs roll on and off (so there's always an experienced one and a new one), Brotox decided it was time to step down and pass the shovel flag to some new blood.

Warm-Up (Brotox)
The usual stuff… side shuffle hops, 7 burpees OYO, imperial walkers, squats, Michael Phelps, etc.

Thang 1 (DB)
Mosey to the back of the school and pair up for a series of Usain Bolts where each group took turns calling out an exercise for the other PAX to do while they ran to the playground, did 7 pullups, and ran back.

Thang 2 (Brotox)
Mosey to the soccer field for a 7 of Diamonds workout (the record will show it was not a 4 corners workout, despite what Zook may have suggested). The corners consisted of 7 diamond merkins, 14 overhead clap/seal clap combos, 21 squats, and 28 side shuffle hops. 7 burpees OYO were dropped in at one point to tamp down the mumblechatter.

Thang 3 (DB)
Mosey back to the parking lot and re-pair up worth your partner from before for a Catch Me If You Can with 7 burpees for the exercise and Bernie Sanders for the movement of the alternate PAX.
