Mosey to the Boshamer Parking Lots (dark, steep, paved driveway to various levels of parking lots).
7's with Hand-Release Merkins at the very bottom and Hand-Release Burpees at the very top.
But midway each way, 5 V-Ups where it was written in chalk "V-Ups".

Backward run back up the entire hill with breaks for squats.

Mosey back to the aforementioned stone wall for:
Durkin x 10 -> Alternating Step-Ups x10
Durkin x 15 -> Alternating Step-Ups x15
