Some arrived at 5:15 to do some pre-ME stretching. ME started right at 5:30 with some mission statement recitals along with core principles, followed by your typical flurry of warm ups, along with a mosey around the AO parking lot.
From there, mosied to a few different locations by the high school, and conducted several workouts such as:
JOHHNY DRAMAS + OVERHEAD PRESS + MERKINS + SKULL CRUSHERS + PROM NIGHTS, etc.
Upon arrival back at the AO, we performed several ab related exercises prior to shifting into annoucments, name-o-rama (welcome Keynote) and then COT.
