The Thang
Everyone grab a block and after a brief introduction on ways to carry we set off along the river walk to River park. Stop 1: Boo Boo Bear Crawls and Bunny hops across the field. Kept moving with blocks along river walk to Cameron st hill.
Stop 2:  11’s bottom of hill start with one blockee the up the hill and at driveway 10 squats alternating count until all pax completed 10 blockees abs 1 squat. Continue carry blocks back to startex down past the post office (back) driveway alternating carrying blocks overhead. Return blocks to parking deck.
