Inspired by an April workout from Knope, we have three escalators in mind, one for each stop, with the bulk of the exercises focused on the core. Each of the exercises below were compounded for each of the places we stopped at (repeat stop 1's exercise at stop 2 & so on ), sprints/mosey were the mode of travel between the stops.
