Paula Abdul meets Route 66 (again, repeat of one of my Qs from 2018) run two light posts forward then return 1 complete 5 Burpees. Repeat till we got to highway 86 (1/2 mile, 1.5 miles the way we travelled). Walking recovery back with stop along the guardrail for erkins and dips. Rickey Bobby to cates creek park. Partner up; partner 1 bear crawl back and forth while partner completes 10 squats and 10 LBCs before running across parking lot to relieve partner 1. Repeat x 4 rounds.
