Should have suspected, when the day before, there were zero HCs on Slack that numbers might be on the low side. But, I just thought that maybe HCs aren't a thing north of I-40. No worries, stout and hardy were the men who showed up for this Respect Q.

WARM UP
A nice lap around the field for what would almost be the last time we would touch it and its plague of tiny black plastic bits. The some Side Shuffle Hops, Imperial Walkers, Hill Billies, Wind Mills, and Willie Mayes Hayes.

MAIN EVENT
To the hill for some 7's. That is 6 Bumpees (like a burpee but without the Merkin) at bottom -> Backward Run up -> 1 Hand Release Merkin -> Forward Run down and so on – always adding to 7.

After few seconds to allow heart rates to drop, we did a couple rounds of Dips and Mike Tysons.

Then to the Grass Field on the playground path. There we did:
Bear Crawl across width -> 20 Monkey Humpers IC -> Crawl Bear Back for 10 Monkey Humpers IC.
Moved a third of width closer to other side and did Broad Jumps across -> 20 Merkins -> Broad Jumps back

This included:
Cross V-Ups – V-Up with right hand tap to left foot, and then V-Up with left hand tap to right foot.
LBC has Clap – Do LBC but clap beneath your claves on the up.
Hammer Down – Start with head down and feet in LBC position, sit up and do Russian Hammer twist to left and right then go back down, that's 1.

A quick Lunge Walk back across the grass (width of the field) -> 20 Dry Docks -> Backward Lunge to start -> 20 Dry Docks.

To Basket Ball Court for Tabata Time: 40 seconds on, 20 seconds rest

Side Jumps with a Squat (side jump over a line, squat, side jump back)
Lunge Jumps
Overhead Claps
Merkins
(Two Rounds of the Above)
