WARMARAMA

SSH x20
Willie Mays Hayes x10
Manafort Good Morning x5
Imperial Walker x 10
Hillbilly x10
Overhead clap x10
Little Baby Arm Circles x12
In reverse x12
Slow squat x 10
Slow merkin x10

The THANG

We moseyed down Garrett Road to the back entrance of the school. Here we did a set of 11s going up the hill, starting with 10 shoulder tap merkins on the bottom and 1 jump squat on the top
After finishing up the 11s, we traveled down the street, with a different mode of travel after each streetlight. At every streetlight, we did 10 WW2s and 10 Carolina Dry Docks OYO and then moved to the next one. The modes of travel were:

Bear Crawl
Crab walk
Mosey
Backwards mosey
Lunge walk

We headed up to the top of the circle for a set of what YHC called 7s, but then described as 8s. YHC is not quite sure which one we actually did. The 7s (or 8s) consisted of merkins at the bottom of the hill (regular merkin when the count was odd, staggered merkin when the count was even), then moseying to the first speed bump, where we did Nolan Ryans (repeating the same number of reps per side).
Next up was a People’s Chair ring of fire with a 5 count per PAX.

The MARY

Homer to Marge x15
Ukrainian Hammer x20 (Marco Polo led us in the count)
Up-Sits x10 (this is a sit-up with a slow tempo count on the way down, and then back up on the count)

All the PAX pushed hard and did great work today.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Marco Polo (YHC’s 2.0) spilled the beans that it was YHC’s birthday. Fortunately, the Q gets to decide whether we would do 45 burpees to celebrate, and he decided that would not be needed today.

COT
Our thoughts were with all PAX recovering from surgeries or injuries and any prayers that were unsaid today.
