Nothing says summer like hopping from island to island doing some fun activities with your friends and traveling around. That's just what we did. Welcome to Whiffenpoof who happened to be floating around in the nearby seas and got rescued by a friendly island PAX.
Standard warmup
Main Event
PAX in pairs with steel in hand. There are 6 marked islands, each with a total reps of an exercise and a mode of travel. Partners shared the reps and did one lap around the small island by the mode of travel. Reps could be split and shared any way. The travel lap could come at any time. Once that island’s activity was complete, partnered PAX ran a lap around the BIG Island (church) ~ ¼ mile, then headed to another island.
