06/19/2023 The Thicket – Workout today was based on a Murph style routine, to build the base needed to do a Murph this year! Also, for the 10 counts we talked about fun things we do/did with our kids or when we were kids that made us feel like family.

Workout
* Mosey over to pull up bars
* Round robin of 10 pull ups, 20 merkins, 30 sqats
* Mosey to soccer field, bear crawl to middle, 10 burpees, crab walk to end of field
* Mosey to benches in front of school & do 10 dips, mosey to pull up bars
* Repeat round robin on 10 pull up 20 merkinds, 30 Squats
* Mosey to soccer field, line up in arched up plank position and have men low crawl under arch to middle
* 20 world war twos, crawl bear to end of field
* mosey to benches in front of school & do 10 dips, mosey to pull up bars
* Round robin of 10 pulls up, 20 merkins, 30 squats
* Mosey to closest end of parking lot, then karaoke back to AO
