After starting with a warmarama, 10 PAX moseyed to a rotation through two, 7-round tabata beatdownz featuring curls, box steps/jumps, overhead presses, medicine balls, weighted merkins, slam balls, deadlifts and body weight stations. Each minute round was followed by a 30 second, PAX-called core movement.

Halftime featured “Roxanne” burpees – where PAX diligently performed a burpee every time The Police sang the famous red light vixen’s name (26 burpees for those too worn out to count).

After completing the last 7 minute tabata round, the PAX moseyed back for more Mary movements, and wrapped up with count-o-rama, announcements, and name-o-rama. Thankfully, all 10 PAX were present and accounted for at the CoT.
