The THANG

We moseyed to the blocks and then carried them to the end of the parking lot.
Here we did a circuit with an increasing number of reps each time we ran it. We started with 5 reps, then 10, 15, 20, and then back to 15. The circuit was:

Squats with the block
(Mosey across street)
Shoulder tap merkins
(Backwards mosey up the hill)
WW2s
(Mosey back to start)
Curls
Overhead Presses
One PAX leads us in an exercise of their choosing

The exercises that the PAX chose after each round were:

5 – Single arm rows (per side) (Pedialite)
10- Blockies (Prancing Horse)
15 – V-Ups with the blocks (Crab Cake)
20 – Classic Sit-Ups with feet in the block (Knope)
15 – Derkins off the block (Fiddlestick)
