The THANG
We did a set of elevens at the wall by the playground. Started with 10 overhead presses with the steel and 1 dip (tempo count). Mode of travel up the hill was backwards mosey half the way then forwards mosey the rest of the way. Mode of travel down the hill was karaoke (switching directions half way).
Then we moved to the wall and did the following circuit three times:
Single leg squats, coming off the edge of the wall (x8-10 per leg)
LBCs (x25 IC)
Curls (x20)
Single leg jumps, using leg propped on wall (x10 per leg)
Swimmers (AMRAP for ~45 seconds)
In the interest of time, we cut the third circuit short after the curls
