Between Monday 6:15 am at the Thicket and 5:30 am Wednesday morning I performed a very slow 10-count bridging the first half-Murph with the second half-Murph to complete the routine. It was a repeat of the Thicket in terms of exercises :

Spared PAX a second rendition of Macbeth. Recalled reading "Lone Survivor" and the amazing heroism and selflessness of Lt. Michael Murphy and talked a bit about fellow PAX who have served and sacrificed. We will not only be honoring the lives lost this Memorial Day but our PAX who served and lost brothers.
