This was a big one for YHC as I turned 50, and I was able to convince my M and eldest 2.0 to join me for the workout which was especially exciting. I wanted to make sure we celebrated everyones birthday and so created a workout that would do just that.

The Thang.
Everyone used their own birthday (Day-Month-Year-Age) to determine their workout. Each digit was a different exercise and in between each time period a lap around the parking lot. Here is what it looked like
Round 1
1 – 10 Blockees
2- 20 Mike Tyson
3 – 30 Merkins
4 – 40 Shoulder Press
5 – 59 Curls
6 – 60 Squats
7 – 70 Mountain Climbers
8 – 80 Johnny Dramas
9 – 90 LBCs
0 – 100 SSH
Once you finished round 1 you started again but with different exercises to keep it interesting
Round 2
1 – 10 Seal Burpees
2- 20 ManMakers
3 – 30 Dry Docks
4 – 40 Rows
5 – 50 Arnold PRess
6 – 60 Jump Squats
7 – 70 Shoulder Taps
8 – 80 Lunges
9 – 90 REverse LBCs
0 – OH and Seal Claps
After finishing both rounds, which I believe only Spooky and Spud accomplished they did all exercises from Round 1 they had not yet done and then same with Round 2
