Today YHC decided to let the PAX who did not attend the Gambler get a little taste of what they missed so I did a report of my portion of the Event. 17 PAX with 1 straggler got some great work in and todays questions of the day was "What is your hometown? What is it known for? What is something most folks wouldn't know about it?

Warm-Up:

The Thang: (no Brotox sighting so we left his gloves to pay our respect)

Mosey down to the grassy are by the entrance to BC. Stop along the way for some merkins and to regroup. Once arrived, grab 2 rocks (dumbbell style and get ready to work)
3 groups of exercises, 15 reps each, split up into different body parts
Biceps
Triceps
Legs
Shoulders
Back
Do some dips before we head back
Mosey back to AO stopping half way.
Upon arrival, no gloves and we find Brotox.
