Rest until 90 seconds ends. Begin again adding one rep each round to each exercise until last pax adding Reps can add no more. While he adds you keep going but reduce reps
Mosey to Playground
Negative pull-up ring of fire
1 pax completes 10 negative pull-ups, all others complete an exercise called by pax to the right. Rotate until all pax have completed 10 negative pull-ups.
Repeat with 3 scap pull-ups, all others complete an exercise called by pax to the right. Rotate until all pax have completed 3 scap pull-ups.
Mosey to near side wall of the school where all pax line up in BTTW position. First man counts three then runs to the end to get in low squat or people’s chair until all pax have completed a three count. Mosey back to AO.
