10 sets, alternate mosey and sprint from location to location around school: merkins in two sets all adding up to 20. Each location has a different mode of travel from one point to another. So 1 merkin, then bunny hop across parking lot, 19 merkins, hold plank. Mosey to next spot, 2 merkins, karaoke across, 18 merkins, etc. All were regular, last set was diamonds.

Travel modes: bunny hop forward and back, sideways bunny hop, lunges, duck walk, Bernie Sanders, backward lunge, karaoke, single leg hop, sprints…
