Partner 1 – as many reps as possible Squats | Partner 2 – bear crawl across the parking lot, 20 erkins on the curb, run back
Partner 1 – as many reps as possible Homer to Marge | Partner 2 – crawl bear across the parking lot, 20 derkins on the curb, run back
Partner 1 – as many reps as possible RDL | Partner 2 – lunge across the parking lot, 20 merkins on the curb, lunge back
Recover Mosey
Partner 1 – as many reps as possible peter parker| Partner 2 – bear crawl across the parking lot, 10 erkins on the curb, run back
Partner 1 – as many reps as possible front raise | Partner 2 – crawl bear across the parking lot, 10 derkins on the curb, run back
