Warm-up: SSH, Imperial walkers, Hillbillies, arm circles, raise the roof, harvesters, slow merkins

Next we mosey to the library benches to begin the Four Phases.

The Thang:
Phase 1) 15 Squats, 15 Dips, 15 Mountain Climbers IC, 15 Merkins. Repeat this 3x – mosey to next phase

Phase 2) 15 Australian Push Ups, 10 Burpees, 10 Dry Docks, 15 Johnny Dramas, run steps. Repeat thrice.

Phase 3) The Contest – Rochambeau (Rock Paper Scissors). Least best does merkins and follows champion. Champions compete with entourage in tow. Only the truest of heart and valor remains. Sweatervest.
Champion issues burpees and mosey to next phase.

Phase 4) PAX into two groups. Round one! First 50% sprint between bumps with mosey back. Second does Lunge Clock. Round 2! First sprint at 70 or 75% and second does one legged homer to marge. Round 3! Full sprint and high low planks.
