YHC swapped Q dates with Elwood (thanks Elwood!) due to a conflict with my original date. As someone who often finds himself at the back of the pack, I've been thinking about ways to flip the script on "pick up the 6," so we gave it a try.

Warmorama: SSH, Arm Circles + Reverse, Shoulder Press, Imperial Walker + Hillbilly, Mountain Climbers, SSH

Thang:
After a short mosey to the bottom of the parking lot, we did a few rounds of 7s/11s. When PAX finished each round, they would start a lap with a mode of travel. Last PAX to finish would start a mosey lap, and as each traveling PAX was passed they joined they got picked up by the 6 and joined the mosey.
Round 1: 7s running full length of lot for burpees + burpees; bear crawl when finished until picked up
Round 2: 11s karaoke-ing across one lane of lot for Carolina dry docks + jump lunges; crab walk when finished; lost a PAX to injury on the karaokes – heal up Nightshift!
Round 3: 11s suicide-style (run 1 parking spot further each iteration) with merkins + WW2s; bunny hops

Mosey to the playground for 3 quick rounds of pull-ups x5, derkins x10, squats x15

Mary: only had time for LBCs ICx15 and supermans ITx10

COT: do the Gambler; good luck to all running the Tar Heel 10-/4-milers Saturday – everyone else do the TBR EC 4-miler; thanks to this fantastic group of PAX and all of F3 Churham for getting each other out of our ruts, motivating each other, and giving us the confidence to face our deepest fears (burpees + running).
