Nice cool morning in Downtown Durham.
Warm-up: SSH, WMH, Harvester, Slow Merkins, Arm Circles
Next we headed to the Heights field at Old North Durham Park where I had setup cones in 4 different directions about 25 yard from a central cone. 1 cone had 3 cinder blocks.
We split up into 3 groups, and did 5 Burpees in the center then travel to a cone, do an exercise, and mosey back. Then repeat this sequence for each cone to complete Round 1. 4 rounds were completed.

We then reached 420 with 20 SSHs in cadence.
