In an effort to outsource as much of the workout as possible, I had Amazon Music select our tunes for the morning and ChatGPT make up a workout. Here's what they came up with:

The Thang
Music for the morning was 80s Hair Metal. Workout was as follows.

Warm-up (5 minutes):
• Jog in place for 1 minute
• Do jumping jacks for 1 minute
• Do bodyweight squats for 1 minute
• Do bird dogs for 1 minute (alternating between lifting opposite arm and leg)
• Go for a 1-minute run around your block or in place

Main workout (30 minutes):
Circuit 1: (10 minutes)
• Do 10 reps of bodyweight squats
• Do 10 reps of lunges (5 reps per leg)
• Do 10 reps of glute bridges
• Do 30 seconds of plank
• Go for a 2-minute run around your block or in place
• Repeat the circuit for 10 minutes as many times as you can with good form

Circuit 2: (10 minutes)
• Do 10 reps of side lunges (5 reps per leg)
• Do 10 reps of jump squats
• Do 10 reps of bicycle crunches
• Do 30 seconds of heel taps (lying on your back, lift your legs with knees bent and tap your heels alternately on the floor)
• Go for a 2-minute run around your block or in place
• Repeat the circuit for 10 minutes as many times as you can with good form

Circuit 3: (10 minutes)
• Do 10 reps of tricep extensions (using a water bottle or other light object)
• Do 10 reps of reverse lunges (5 reps per leg)
• Do 10 reps of donkey kicks (5 reps per leg, on hands and knees lift one leg up towards the ceiling keeping your knee bent)
• Do 30 seconds of leg raises
• Go for a 2-minute run around your block or in place
• Repeat the circuit for 10 minutes as many times as you can with good form

Cool-down (5 minutes):
• Do some light stretching for your entire body, focusing on the muscles that you worked during the workout.
