Final thoughts: I am always impressed that people would show up on a really cold morning and put up with my nonsense and missteps as part of F3. Even though my heels let me down this year, I love my F3 team and I love working with each of you. I try my best to never let any of you down but I am so grateful for those times when this team picks me up. I recently decided to add a new person to my personal team and went to individual therapy. It was eye opening for both me and my therapist. I had a rough year in 2022 and I found this person to be super helpful. Just over 6 months ago, I lost a person very special to me and when my daughter's boyfriend of 4 years died of an accidental overdose. Hopefully, with me sharing my vulnerability with you, others might take advantage of this important service. Mental health is just as important as our physical health.
