We focused on grip strength by opting to pinch the block as opposed to wrapping fingers around. Whenever travel stopped we did 5 blockees together. We also finished each cycle by touching our toes… or at least trying to.
• Carry left, blockees, left handed rows, toe touches
• Carry right, blockees, right handed , toe touches, toe touches
• Lunge with a twist, blockees, squat to the block, toe touches
• Overhead carry, blockees, shoulder lifts, toe touches
• Lunge with a twist, blockees, triceps extention, toe touches
• Right and left hand carry, blockees, deadlifts
