The THANG

Mosey to the rock pile, grab a two-handed rock, and mosey to the grass field down the trail (while minding the fallen pine tree on the path from last night's wind!)

PAX lined up and would throw their rock while performing a designated mode of travel to where their rock landed.

1st leg – walk lunge
2nd leg – bunny hops
3rd leg – bear crawl

Mosey back to the start line and pair up for DORA

100 Merkins, 200 Peppermint Pattie Jump Squats, and 300 LBCs
Mosey back to the rock pile, dump your rock, and return to the center circle on the turf field. Handed the baton over to Pep for part 2.

Split the group approximately in half and have 1 group inside the circle going one way and the other group outside it going the other way, 10 rounds of 30 second bear crawls with either 3-5 burpees (make sure you get that fist pump in!)

PAX then lined up on the side line in three groups to create a make shift railroad track. PAX hold plank while the caboose makes their way to the front, having to do a burpees in between the tracks. Rinse and repeat until each line completes their track at the opposite side line.
