I had no idea how this was gonna go, but I decided we should try for 1000 reps each as a group. Five rounds of 200 reps each with each exercise aligned to S-P-A-M. Didn't know if we would have enough time or be way over on time, but in the end, with some modifications we go it all in. I felt accomplished and hope others did as well.
