During our AMRAPs I ask the PAX to offer ideas as to why I am eager to help others, but so reluctant to ask for help. I'm thankful for the ideas offered and based on how quickly the ideas were offered, it would seem that other had considered the question previously. Deep Dish wrapped COT by having us share gratitudes. Confess struggles AND proclaim gratitudes. One without the other lacks balance.
