We decided to lounge at the Earl today in the fantastic weather, serene atmosphere, and fine fellowship.
Warmup included variations of arm circles, seal claps, Moroccan Night Clubs, Randy's, Grady Corn, Windmills, Cotton Pickers, WMHs, and on your 6 stretches.
For the main event, Q heard that PAX wanted some Merkins and Burpees. SonicKraut gave us another fantastic demonstration of MTMs.
After working through some LBCs, Vice Style Cockroaches, X-Factor and V-ups, we reenacted a portion of the water dance scene from Rango.
PAX grabbed their favorite SonicSak and performed Pistons, LBCs, shoulder work, and Homer to Marge.
We wrapped up with some RoF merkins and a good leg stretch.
