Mosey to main round about and stroll down walking path to begin. Each round consists of a different animal walk across round about on dirt path, mosey, and then back across other path (somewhat of a V). Once finished, recovery mosey back to start and do some merkin

Round 1 – Racoon Walk
Round 2 – Duck walk
Round 3 – Crab walk
Round 4 – Cheetah (sprints)
Round 5 – Bear crawl
Round 6 – Kangaroo (broad jumps)
Round 7 – Inch Worm but only 10

Shared some words about an experience with my son at Carowinds in which I felt like I failed as a father. Beauty of that though is that when I got ome, I had a group of PAX to discuss that with and reflect on what I can do better next time. Without them I would probably have internalized the whole thing and found a way to blame it on something else while not changing for the future or for the better. I appreciate you guys being there for me and this is what it so great about the F3 community.
