ME – Phase 1
– Mosey to lacross stadium
– Break up into groups of three, one person runs stairs down and up, the other two do burpees; rotate until all three complete a trip down and up
– Repeat set with WWIIs
– Repeat set with shoulder taps

Back to main field to do dynamic stretching – Tin Soldiers and then Romanian dead lifts
ME – Phase 2
– Mosey back to AO
– Bear crawl out to yellow line and crabwalk back
– Dynamic stretching
– Lunge walk out to yellow line and bunny hop back
– Dynamic stretching
– Bear crawl out to yellow line and crabwalk back
ME – Phase 3
– Mosey to amphitheater
– Jump steps, pausing at each step to do a set of three shoulder taps in cadence
– Half way switch to two shoulder taps in cadence
– Last quarter switch to one shoulder tap in cadence

– Flutter kicks, superman, and box cutters
– Finish with downward dog, runners stretch, groin stretch, and glute stretch
