For my 1st anniversary Q, I led 13 PAX through 3 circuits made up of 3 rounds of 3 exercises.
Warmup:
Side Shuffle Hop, Willie Mays Hays, Imperial Walker, Arm Circles, Manafort Good Mornings
Main Event:
Mosey to the pond and form groups of three. PAX 1 does Merkins at the rock, PAX 2 does Box Jumps on the benches at the other side, and PAX 3 runs in between to switch – runner is the timer. Repeat for 3 rounds then change exercises: Squats at the rock/Dips on the bench, LBCs at the rock/Step-ups on the bench.
Mosey through the playground where each PAX did AMRAP Pull-ups before returning to the AO.
