Good to get back out to this site after pulling back-to-back fart sacks. Can't get in the habit of that. And when there's basketball fever going around and both local teams make the Elite 8, you gotta strike while the iron is hot.

PAX remained at the midfield circle and went clockwise selecting paper cutouts from a hat with a predetermined rep count ranging from 1-16 and 4 exercise types. These represented the 4 bracket regions and their respective seedings.
Bobby Hurleys 1-16
Merkins 1-16
SSH 1-16
Jump Lunges 1-16
After this, one should be able to master, 3 point shooting, subtle pushing to create space, blocking ability, and between-the-leg dribbling.
We seemed to get any and every matchup variation you could think from a 15-16 matchup to a 1-2 match up. Those jump lunges added up quick…
After a few rounds around the circle, we diverged to the basketball court for some 1 minute layup drills. We were all humbled after this. Winners ONLY had to do 5 burpees and the losers do 10. The Kia-Cool J-Bronze Squirrel lineup bested the 2 out of 3 contest. On to the rock pile!
2 sets of 10 count Head Presses, Bentover Rows, and Rock-Weight Squats rounded our time over there.
It was at this time Nails rolled on in for what is probably a TBL record for latest attendance 3/4 in, but kudos for not throwing the towel in all together! Mosey back to midfield for another round of head-to-head exercises.
