YHC stepped in as Q to help a brother out who couldn't make it. Rain was expected as was a bit of lightning. Thankfully at 5:30 the lightning was distant enough and this site has a concession stand are with plenty of overhang to stay dry and out of harms reach. Gave a message of sharing happiness. The idea is that everyone that shows up to an F3 workout walks away happier than when they showed up. Not nearly enough people get that same opportunity, so make it a point to give at least one person today a compliment of any form and increase that global happiness level one person at a time.
