Two days after laying down 50 Tobacco Trail miles, our beloved @Nickelback was at it again. YHC needn’t ask-running elimination was the name of the game. We shuffled over to Cates Creek for the old upper body builders: Backs and Bis, Shoulders Tri’s.

WARM

20xSSH, 10 Squat Drama Heel Heels, 10x I T W and Ys, 15x Imperial Walkers

THE THANG

Half the PAX took hand blocks and performed
10xSea Turtles while rest of PAX performed step throughs, then switch. Repeat twice more, with only 8 reps

Half Pax pulled on various playground apparatuses in reps of 2 pull ups, 3 pull ups, 4 body weight rows and 5 face pulls while the other half pushed 2 balls to the wall presses, 3 elevated pike presses, 4 Carolina dry docks, and 5 Diamond esque merkins. Repeat each side of workout, cycling through twice. Repeat each side of workout one last time, switching to a 3,4,5,6 sequence.

Mosey to Rock pile where we proceeded to share the community stash of rocks to curl and skull crush in reps of 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 with some supersets of bent over rows and diamondesque merkins to finish us off.
