This was the 2nd leg of the famed "Trip Nip." YHC was a little concerned about the weather report, but fortunately the heavy rain had cleared out by the time everyone arrived at the AO. This was the first time I had Qed at this site so I was a little nervous, but I was glad to see that 6 hearty PAX made it out into the gloom to join.

Warm up (it never gets old): SSH, WMH, IW, HB, ACs, Seal Clap, MC, Peter Parker, and Parker Peter.

The Thing: Track work
PAX moseyed to the track and formed into teams (2 pairs and 1 threesome). While 1/2 or 1/3 or 2/3 of the team did exercises, the other team member(s) travelled around the track. When the team members completed the exercise, they would run to catch up with the rest of their team and switch off – the PAX that caught up would continue travelling while the other PAX stopped and did the exercises. They would then run to catch up to their teammates. This continued for the entire lap.

First lap mode of travel was bear crawl and the exercise was 5 burpees. 2nd lap mode of travel was lunge walk and the exercise was 10 merkins. Upon completing the 2 laps, we did another 1/2 lap, with mode of travel the bunny hop and dry docks as the exercise. Mosey back to the AO for Mary.
