The weather was a bit cooler than YHC anticipated, but at least it was clear. The goal for today was to keep it simple and focus on form.
Warmup: SSH, WMH, IW, HB, ACs, SC, Slow Squat, MC, PP and fellowship lap.
The Thang:
4 exercises, 20 reps each, repeated 5x: Toe taps on the curb, WWIIs (3 count down), overhead presses, and slow squat (3 count down)
Fellowship Lap
4 exercises, 20 reps each, repeated 3(?) x: SSH (IC), shoulder taps, LBCs (IC), and alternating lunges.
Mary: Superman, some stretching/yoga, and finish with 10 count low-plank hold.
COT: Prayers to Nightshift and Pumpkin; life is a marathon, not a sprint.
