Mosey traffic circle
Bear crawl ring of fire – Begin by bear crawling half way around the circle. Upon stopping, first Pax completes 5 diamond merkins while other Pax plank, then next pax in line completes 5 diamond merkins while other pax plank. Keep going around until all pax have completed the 5 merkins. Bear crawl back to starting position, then each pax does 5 regular merkins while rest plank. Crawl half way around the circle again and each pax does 5 wide arm merkins. Bear crawl back to start, and recover.
