The THANG
Mosey to trail and Welsh Dragon along trail until reaching reps of 10 (bear crawl 4 steps, stop for 1 merkin 1 plank jack, 1 set of shoulder taps. Bear crawl 4 more steps, 2 reps of merkin/plank jack/shoulder taps…keep bear crawl steps at 4, but increase merkin/plank jack/shoulder taps until reaching 10 reps).
Mosey to clearing while doing stopping every minute for 5 squats. At clearing speed humper (60 second AMRAP monkey humper).

Mosey back to start and head to tennis court wall. It was too wet for toe jump to handstand kicks, so we did a single leg people's chair for 20 seconds each chair. Then along the wall by the stairs, we did the toe jumps to handstand kicks (a couple feet in front of wall, hop forward on toes, hop back, then drop to hands and raise feet for donkey kick) for 10 reps.

Dr W – 8-count ab exercise that combines Dolly, Rosalita, and the W. 1 is legs apart like a Low Dolly, 2 is legs together, 3 is raise the legs to Rosalita position (45-60 degrees-ish), 4 is spread ‘em, 5 is The W (hands together and stretching forward between your legs), 6 is the return to your back (legs still up), 7 is legs together, 8 is legs down. 10 reps
Homer to Marge (10 both legs, 10 right leg lifted, 10 left leg lifted).
Heels to Heaven (10 IC)
Not so lazy boy – on your six, legs out straight, lean back until your feet are *just* about to come off the ground. Hold this position for 15 seconds, turn/twist to your left for 15 seconds, then turn/twist to your right for 15 seconds.
Stretch: downward dog, cobra, runners stretch.
