YHC loves workouts that mix HIIT with strength training. In the spirit, today’s workout would feature some Plyometrics with some focus on triceps / bench sets.
On a separate note, it was great to see Rambler back out in the gloom. He’s a true inspiration in determination and positivity.
THANG 1: Plyometric
– star jumps x 10
– Cardiac merkins x 10
– Jump Squats x 10
– Tuck jumps x 10
– Bonnie Blair x 10
Repeat x 2 for a total of 3 sets. The heart rate was going.
THANG 2: Lazy Dora on the benches
Partner up.
100 x Derkins
200 x Step Ups
300 x Dips
Partner planks why the other does reps. The mumblechatter started for real during this one.
