LUCKY DOG – Remember Your Number. First PAX calls an exercise then runs a lap while everyone else stays behind and does the exercise until they return. At the end, everyone does the one that they called until the Q calls it. But I forgot that part…
Started with Hillbillies and went through 13 other suggestions so that everyone got to have their wishes granted.

MARY in the Middle (Sorta)
Ring of Fire with Flutters. Flutters while waiting, Heels to Heaven around the circle, 1, then 2, then 3 was enough
Failure to Launch. Hold Squat while Squats around the circle, 1, then 2, then 3 was enough once again
A little Hip Stretching (Inspired by Night Shift)

4 CORNERS – ROUND TWO
Numbers 1-8. Number 1 picks exercise for the corner, Number 2 picks mode of travel for that side, Number 3 picks exercise for the next corner and keep going.

Mosey back to AO, we took the long way

Name-A-Rama and COT
Take a risk and put yourself out there, usually, something good will come of it. We don’t often let our guard down and risk being vulnerable but it opens the way for pleasant surprises. In our circle, a random guy (homeless?) with a flashlight joined us. He wanted to know who was in charge of this ship of fools (Good Question) and he gifted a flashing red light to YHC. And threw a hug in for good measure. Now how often does that happen unless you get up early and put yourself in that situation?
