The Thang
A 7 round journey where we spent 3 rounds climbing the mountain, 1 round at the peak and 3 rounds coming back down. This workout was designed to keep everyone within eyesight to allow for the communal push while still being an individual effort workout. (2 IR warriors modified as needed)

The exercises never changed from round to round, just the repetition number.

Reverse LBC (knees to elbows while upper body remains in place)
Shoulder Tap (from plank, left touch plus right touch equals 1)
Lunge (left plus right equals 1)

Run 1 lap around the parking lot

Round 3 – 10x
Round 4 – 15x
Round 5 – 10x

Round 7 – 1x
