We started off with some warm ups, spreading them out in two locations: side straddle hops / cotton pickers / neck roll / foot rolls / imperial walkers / willie mays hayes
From there we mosied to several locations performing:
– absolutions
– burpees
– dips
– johny dramas
– mike tyson push ups
– v ups
– chilly willies
– more burpees
– sprints
– leg stretches
– more dips
– reverse crunches
Back at the AO, we had time for one last thing – hamstring stretches.
