I spend so much time at Culbreth that I don't believe I have posted at the Cougar yet. I was excited to post today. I brought the percolator and a proper upper body beatdown and I was excited to share it with the men of the cougar. Here is the workout. 125 days to July 4th so we did a bunch of 125.

Over to the parking spaces- Do 5 Mike Tyson Merkins, 5 right hand up on the parking spot, 5 Carolina Dry Docks, 5 left hand high and then partner up and do regular 5 Merkins and your partner made sure they were done with good form. We did a burpee to count. Till we finished all 125.

Then back to the rock pile. Choose a new partner, pick up a rock. One partner runs up the hill and back. One parter does either bicep curls or tricep extensions with the rock until as a pair you get to 125 bicep curls and 125 tricep extensions.

New spot and new partner over by the picnic tables and pull-up bars. One partner does 10 dips at a time while partner two is doing a wall sit until the pair gets to 125 dips. Final spot is the bars for 125 Australian Merkins and partner two does Calf Raises or Johnny Dramas till there are 125 Australian Merkins completed.

Finally we did a bit of stretching and did 125 LBCs.

COT: Run for Malawi in April, 5 K for Education 3-18, Run for YMCA on the same day in Pittsboro and maybe a Beer mile that night? I will keep you posted.
